Optimum Glass Flatness

The Quench nozzles can be individually controlled and adjusted according to different thickness. The bottom and the upper quench are automatically moved by the thickness parameters, which indeed helps achieving optimum glass flatness.

Advanced Heating System

The furnace heating profile is of matrix multi-zones distribution. Each heating zone has single corresponding thermo couple and separate control loop. The temperatures of each zone can be set up in accordance with process requirement and controlled & adjusted automatically. The working states of heating elements can be controlled and adjusted automatically by intellectual PC PID control.

Energy Efficient Design

The furnace is designed in a such a way so that it optimizes the efficiency of the individual sections, which in turn improves the furnace efficiency as a whole.
